Our client, a highly regarded and fast-growing litigation and advisory law firm based in Sydney, is seeking an experienced Senior Associate specialising in employment law to join their dynamic team. About the Role

As a Senior Associate, you’ll lead and manage your own matters with a high degree of autonomy while working closely with the firm’s Partners and clients. You’ll be involved in a mix of employment litigation, strategic workplace advisory, and complex compliance matters, and play a key role in mentoring junior members of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Be the primary contact on your matters, delivering practical and strategic advice across industries.
  • Autonomy & Practice Development: Manage your own workload, contribute to the growth of the practice, and participate in business development.
  • Litigation & Advisory Work: Handle a range of matters including workplace disputes, contracts, compliance, investigations, and restructuring.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with senior colleagues and support the development of junior lawyers through mentoring and supervision.
