About the Role

As a Senior Associate, you will take the lead on a variety of commercial litigation matters, working closely with partners and key clients. You will manage files autonomously from end to end, play an active role in strategic planning and dispute resolution, and contribute to the firm’s ongoing success through leadership and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Act as the lead advisor on commercial disputes, delivering strategic legal solutions across sectors.
  • Autonomy & Practice Growth: Manage a busy caseload, contribute to business development initiatives, and shape the growth of the practice.
  • Litigation Expertise: Handle complex litigation matters including contractual disputes, corporate governance issues, regulatory investigations, and risk advisory.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior lawyers, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team culture.

About You
You’ll be a strong fit if you:
  • Have 5–10+ years’ PQE in commercial law / litigation with a strong track record of successful outcomes.
  • Are commercially savvy, solutions-focused, and confident in handling complex disputes.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment and enjoy direct client interaction.
  • Communicate with clarity and build strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Bring a detail-driven, high-quality approach to your legal work.
